ARBORIST REPORTS

Our Arborist Reports are designed to meet the client’s needs, satisfy the jurisdiction and keep the project on track. Woodreeve Consulting achieves this by knowing the local City and County requirements and providing clear, practical and technically sound reports.

Every Arborist Report starts with a tree inventory. We then work with each client to provide the level of information needed to meet the project goals. We are team players, working closely with engineers, landscape architects and environmental consultants to develop creative solutions to tree preservation.

TREE RISK ASSESSMENT

John Leffingwell, President of Woodreeve Consulting, is Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ is the industry standard for tree risk assessment issued by the International Society of Arboriculture). Having assessed risk for thousands of trees, John is proficient at identifying tree and site factors that increase risk of failure and damage.

Assessing risk is the first part, but equally important is how to manage risk. It is our job to provide fact-based management options that reduce or abate the risk and that meet our client’s needs. Our management options are designed to help each client make informed decisions to manage their trees within their risk tolerance.

CONSTRUCTION MONITORING

Woodreeve Consulting offers construction monitoring services with the goal of keeping your project in compliance, help guide tree protection efforts and minimize damage to trees from construction activities.

Services include:

Working in consultation with colleagues in the wildfire management field, Woodreeve Consulting performs defensible space assessments, wildfire risk analysis and tree damage assessments. Our technical reports provide management recommendations to help reduce the potential for damage from a wildfire and guide the recovery of the trees and landscape following wildfire.
